Our shallow water aerobics class at Plunge San Diego incorporates a warm-up, cardio-toning routines, upper and lower body strengthening plus abdominal toning and a cooldown. Toddler Time
Toddler Time is a designated time for children under the age of 6 to enjoy and explore the obstacle course without the larger guests. This discounted time is great for parents with their young children. Toddler Time is Monday – Thursday, from 9am-10am. Cost: $5 per child / adult.
Obstacle Course Open
Session and Day Pass Rates Includes access to: Lap Lanes, Obstacle Course, Sauna, Turf Fitness Area, Pool Locker Rooms, Keyless Lockers, Hot Showers, & Aqua Programs. Hours of operation are 7am-7pm, seven days a week with the obstacle course available from 10am-7pm on Mondays. Reservations are not required. Day passes and monthly memberships are available […]
