A water-based aerobic workout that includes special weighted hand and leg bells for an additional challenge.
This class incorporates a warm-up, cardio-toning routines, upper and lower body strengthening plus abdominal toning and a cool down. Floatation equipment is utilized to maintain correct alignment and provide a truly non-impact workout. Must be comfortable in deep water.
Masters Swim Team with organized workouts led by qualified coaches for all levels. Open to ages 18+.
